It appears that I'm not the only one affected by this problem - now, I've found that many others have the same issue with the leanlifepm company.
You get an email, offering you a 7 day sample of their product if you pay shipping and handling. Anyway, so you order the sample, which isn't received for 2-3 weeks. The sample didn't work for me at all, so I wasn't going to even check into ordering anymore, but I received two bottles in the mail and my card was charged close to $100 for something I didn't order, nor do I want!
Come to find out, when you order the sample, there is, in tiny print, "read terms and conditions, " which describe an auto order program in which you are automatically billed and sent product, if they don't hear from you within 14 days, when you didn't even receive the product by then to try!
This is bull crap! I hope that if there are enough reports on this issue and hopefully some big news agency gets ahold of it, the company will implode!
