Ripoff-dishonest-provides false information to credit companies

I filled out a order form online to LeanLifePM for a "free" sample of their product. No where within the sample order form was there a commitment for further products to be sent. Hidden, within their documentation was a notation "must cancel within 14 days or will be placed on a automatiic shipment at a charge of
$99.90". I was unaware of this when ordering the sample. I used my credit card (dumb). I emailed the LeanLifePM company and used their cancellation form, which told me that the automatic order was cancelled. I later found a charge on my credit card of $99.90.

I notified my credit card company. They
went to the LeanLifePM company who sent them the order I made along with a copy of their (hidden) sentence about automatic shipment. I am still fighting this and it looks like my credit card company (CAPITAL ONE) will not stand behind me and I likely will have to pay the $99.90 even tho I did not receive the shipment they charged me for. Merchants like LeanLifePM should be closed by the government and perhaps jailed for fraud.
