Harassment, fraud & disarray: gc collection services, state of oklahoma

Have you ever wondered why innocent people, when confined in a small room with police officers, confess to crimes they did not commit? Have you ever wondered why you thought you were over-paying, or paying-in-duplicate, taxes you had paid?

The answer to those questions—and more, simmering underneath some subsurface of arrogance and mismanagement—can be found by dealing with Gc Services Limited Partnership Collection Agency and the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Although mine is a very long saga, and must be condensed, please be aware: you could be next.

I am totally disabled due to service in our aerospace/DOD program. Over the past 3 years, I have been threatened ("Lady, we can take your HOUSE and we will"), harassed, dunned, and assigned charges for extra interest billings on taxes that a) I have already paid and b) that the callers variously change years on.

My overflowing notebook includes admissions that

A) the OK Tax Commission was NOT ready for electronic filing

B) that tax payments often get separated from your filings and get lost

C) that I owe for 2001

D) that funds were taken from my 2002 payment to pay for 2001

E) that interest kept accruing through 2005 for this 2001 payment that was NEVER paid

F) that "LADY, you never paid a penny for 2002 OR 2003"

G) that yes, indeed, I did pay 2002 and 2003 (direct from the OK Tax Commission)

H) that I overpaid one year's taxes and received a credit

I) that I never paid anything on the year for which I received an overpayment crdit

J) that "oh, that information isn't in MY computer": although I just had payment information verified by the OK Tax Commission, the GC personnel (who vary constantly) GC didn't have that data and

K) that the consistent pattern is that the more info you send them, per their instructions, the more they will harass and dun you, and claim that you did not send it, or at best: "I didn't get that, " from some agent or another.
