Harrassed and talked to me in a demeaning manner, and I am not the person they want. It is a wrong number! Ripoff

This company calls you with a computer generated message. Telling you to call them back on a 800 toll free number that traces your number. If you are to call them back do so on the number they call you from with the *67 prefix.

I received a call from them today, I returned the call. I asked who they were the individual responded who are you? I said that is not important, you call me and I am asking who you are. He said I am not going to tell you and you will receive calls from us everyday then. I said "no you will not" and hung up.

I then called back from another number asking to speak to a supervisor, they got me to an individual named Chris, that did not work as he would not answer anything that I asked of him, and I told him that I was unhappy with the first person, that I spoke with. As I was talking, the other individual kept calling my home number.

I once again asked his name and he would not tell me. He asked why and I told him I was going to file a police report for harrassment on this individual he said so what you are in Texas, and we are in New York so that does not mean anything. I can go on and on abouot how he hung up on me talked down to me and so on.

The bottom line to this whole mess is that this company operated in a very unprofessional and harrassing way to the point that I contacted the Ney York State Attorney Generals Office in Buffalo at (716) 853-8400. They were very concerned and are in fact sending paperwork to me, to file a formal complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office. No one has the right to put up with this harrassment and I will urge everyone else who has a problem with this company to do the same thing I am. Feel free to drop me a line if you want any additional information on this and I will gladly assist you. They will not provide you with their CEO or Presidents name either.

In regards to that I happen to be the President of a corporation here in TX and this should not happen to anyone no matter who you are!
