Ripoff Co-op Living. Management walks through for unit inspections. They give us less than 24 hrs notice. They enter with their own key even when we are not home

I lease from a Co-Op. When i first moved here in 2000 I was told that they gave inspections. I was also given the option as to wether I would allow them to enter when I was away from home.

Now that they have new manangement, they will place a notice in my mail box, sometimes 12 hrs before the inspection. They have a key so they enter when they want to. I feel that this is an invasion of my privacy. My rent is always on time.

I do not bother them with a list of problems. Even though I certainly have a list! I have been told that often people working here in management will find ways to get rid of tenants, so they can move their friends and relatiives in. I am a retired nurse, now on fixed income. Can you advise me as to what I should do?
