Rica Shepherd: Manager Treats Seniors like prisoners, if you say anything your wrote up. If you complain your in trouble

When I moved in here 5 years ago this was a wonderful place to live and management treated you like
a tenant and when she retired WODA after 2 months of looking for a manager who was qualified and
we met Rica Shephard she was a good person up until her 6 months probationary period was over, then
the true side came out she wanted to run everything you do, talked to people like they are dirt and her
prisoner. We had three ways to go ou and enter she stopped that after she allowed a doped up aide
walk past her and banging on another Seniors door, I told the Maintenance man and they escorted her out. From that time on you can only enter or exit by front door which is now locked 24/7. You are not allowed to let anyone in and it is becoming more a prison than a Senior Housing. I'm 71 years old and
don't bother anyone, she has one tenant here who is a rip off artist, liar and thief and she does everything to protect her from prosecution and allowes her to enter anyway she wants. She is suppose
to care for her mother who is a Senior, but abuses her and steals her blind. We started to form a Tenants Association and Rica declared war. We are trapped and most of us are on fixed income and cant afford to move. Just want to let any Seniors stear clear of WODA properties especially in Barnesville, Ohio.
