Ripoff lieing stealing never recieving the product or my refund

I received a phone call offering me a credit card with a $5, ooo. 00 spending limit with no interest fee ever for a one time payment fee of $389.00 and that I would receive it in one week, then it was changed to 20 business days.

I never received the package or card so I filed for a refund in May and the cust service rep said I would have it in my account in about 30 business days and I have still never received it and it is now the end of July and everytime I call cust service they tell me the same thing that there has been no update from the company.

Everytime I call they tell me to call again next week and I have been doing that all along and I have still received my money back to my account yet.
