Attempted rip off

I recieved a letter from these people. Thanks to this web site I did not get ripped off like a lot of others.
Even though I didn't send them any money, I would like to know if I can still press charges?

Or maybe I can help some one else. I have both the original letter, and envelope, as well as the reply envelope.

What these people are doing is not right, and they need to be stopped!!!
