Wanted a check for $37.00 for a credit card with a $10000.00 limit and a fee revesal with first use of card

I received a "Pre-Approved" Platinum Card letter from this so called "Union Workers Credit Services", with an interest rate of 5%. All I needed to do was to send a check for $37.00 and it would be reversed with my first purchase.

But, I had to act NOW, before the 21st of January to lock in the rate. This was a one page letter with a pre-paid addressed envelope.

I checked out their web-site and it has bogus written all over it. Beware to all the unsuspecting people out there, this is a scam and quite honestly because of the prepaid envelope it does appear to be on the up and up, until you do some investigating on this UWCU company.

Imagine all of the people that don't have computer access or those that are older than 65, what could this do to them. This company needs to be shut down and I am more than happy to assist.
