Ripoff they took money from my account for services that I didn't orde

Star communication is the worst company that I ever heard. They offered discount cupons for the grocery stors but took my money for "half price TV" service, and "family fan" what I didn't ask them, and I even don't have a TV.

I canceled my service in two weeks and i can't receive my money back for one year. They should be stoped. I will never ever trust any company like this again. Do they have rights to do whatever they want?
I have six children, and I would spend this money for them then for such dishonest people.
