Revenue Works I ordered a sample bottle for $4.87 and then three weeks later I was charged $106.00

No where on the sample order form did it indicate that you had to purchase additional product. This should not be allowed to continue.

I have called several times and only receive a recording to leave a message. I finally got tired of the recording and started punching in ext. Numbers (magic number 232) and finally got someone with "Revenue Works". He said that they only processed the credit cards and that someone from Metabfuel would have to call me back and took my name and number.
