42 complaint ahead of me when I finally got through to customer service... Truly a scam... Disputing the charge on my account

I ordered, what I thought, was a free sample with a trial period. What I got was not a sample, but the actual "$59.99" product that would be charged to
my credit card in 2 weeks.

I put the pkg. Aside & didn't look at it again till after 3 weeks. After I read the terms of the agreement, I called their customer service number numerous times, finally getting through to a recording telling me that there were 43 calls ahead of me. I called my credit card company & told them to dispute the charge.

I notice that I'm not the only one who got dupped... I don't even wear much makeup.

If anyone has gotten their charges satisfactorily resolved, please post it, so the rest of us know how to proceed.
