What happened to me is something i will never forget in my life. I was working for Capita b.S. (working for london borough of Lambeth) for more than six years. Everything use to be ok a bit of a stressful job but i could cop with it, until one day Mr Nick Venedi (unison) decide to play a sick joke on me, everything begins on the internet wile i was at my flat, it was a very sick joke, next day when i went to work Mr Venedi came to my office in Cashiers dept on the 12 november and he took me out of my work place to a room to carry on with the sick joke, i was criying and he was actually enjoying the whole situation also he comfirmed in that little room that everything that happened the night before to me on the internet was true so he scare me to dead, the Cashier area where i use to work has a few cctv so everything is on there. (I am asimtomatic hiv), and Mr Venedi was aware of all that as i was Unison member and also his exboyfriend but our relationship was finish more than three years ago. I went very very sick so sick that i couldnt even walk. I explained to my boss, (chief Cashier) that something bad happened to me she also new that Nick Venedi came to the office asking for me becouse Nick ask her for permision to talk to me and she also saw me when we finish the conversation my face of panic.

I went in shock state and i almost died, i did get depression, anxity and my inmune sistem become really bad i even stop taking my treatment and i today 03/03/06 still sufering about everithing that happened to me. I left the Country and i went back to Spain with my familly. I wrote an email telling everything that happened to the Regional person in charge of Unison, but nothing was done they only told me that he will never will do that again. Wile i was in Spain Capita finish my Contract and then i have to deal with Unison i was terrify but i didnt have another choice. At the end we went into an agreement as i was going to take Capita to Court for unfear dismisal, i was in the midle of all this becouse someone decided to play a sick joke on me. Now i am back in London as i have a flat and a morgage to pay but i still sufering the consecuence of all this as i am about to loose my flat, my fanancial situation is very critical wich is not helping my health.
Capita make me sign something that it was saying i should never speak about what happened but i dont care anymore becouse after two and a half years i still sufering, sick and looking for a job becouse my flat is the only thing i got and i dont want to loose it i do not wish this situation to any body. But i think this Report should be here just in Case Mr Venedi decide to play another sick joke to a diferent person or who knows maybe again to me becouse i think he is a bit of a maniac. I dont know if i will have long time to live as after all this i feel very low and depress and thats why i want this Report to be here so people will known about the other face of Mr Nick venedi (Unison) the person that help thousand of people at work and deal with so many things helping other but at the same time he has destroyed my life completely and i wont be able to forget it.
