Primiere Salon people you do not want to work with, in Gods eyes we are one & the same

I started working at the salon 6 weeks ago, the managment treat the new stylist like they are not there, i work 3 day a week and the last Saturday i work there from 11am to 9 pm but left erly becouse, everybody else was bussy geting walk ins & working but me, i stay all day with out a sevice with out mone, i have 3 Kids, to raise, i finish beauty college, but becouse i am from Europe they treat me diferent, all mos the pleces i work i benn treat with progedisem, than next week i got seek so i call in sick, the next day i went to work, all my stuff [my tools] they put them to the pakeg pik up. They let me go, with no warrnigh or nothing jus we don't need you. I was not born here but i am American to, my kids are born here, i thing this is wrong, in Gods eyes we are one & the same, where is the human wrights? I don't understand, but if you come to my contry to live i will respect you, thas how i was told. God Bless.
