Biggest rip off it's a scam what can i do

In October I bought a magazine subscription from a college student for my husband. I have not received a single issue and pd $55 for the issues. I just thought it would be nice to help her win her trip to Cancun she was from New York and her name was Ashley Ufholz. I have tried to call the company it just rings and website is not valid either. What am I to do? I don't understand why this company is still able to do this to people. Anyone have any ideas to help?
