Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

We bought a Wind Master vacuum on 12/31/05. We saw an ad on T.V. Advertisingng 1 Wind Storm vacuum for $59.99 and 1 FREE. When we recived the vacuums on 1/27/05 we were charged $119.00 for 1 vacumm and 1 Free??? That does not add up to the promised price. They charged us twice as much as were advertised. We are on social security and cannot afford to be out more than was advertised. They required us to pay with a card. So they have the money. I've called them several times and they told me it was too late to do anything the guarantee was expired. I told them I was over charged so she sent me a list and highlighted "Your order was shipped was on 12/30/05. It was not the guarantee I was talking about but the extra price of the vacuum CHARGED. The vacuum will not work as a vacuum; it is too light. The only good part about the vacuum was you can use it as a hand held vacuum.
