I ordered a Wind Storm vacuum on a buy one get one free promo on TV. Big mistake. First of all I got two of the offers so I received four vacuums and paid for all four. The vacuum does not work like portrayed in their commercial.

I sent them back on my own dollar and they were received 2/01/06. I have been getting the run around for my credit ever since. They put me into a "supervisor" which is simply a voicemail that noone ever answers or calls back.

They also advertised buy one get one free for 119.00. What you don't know is that you can go to their website and buy one for 59.00. So if you pay 119.00 for BPGO free you are really paying for both.

This company is a rip-off all the way around. Tell everyone you know about WindStorm. They are junk and they are not a reputable business. Their way of doing business sucks.
