Ripoff, charged my account while I am in Iraq

I have been in Iraq since April 05 and I went to check my Citibank bill for the month of Jan 06 and saw a charge from RSI partners for $9.55.

I never even heard of this company and Citibank said they are a professional company. Luckily Citibank took the charge off of my account after I tried to call the number that they have listed several times and that is only a voice mail.

I hope my information can shut this company down
