Ripoff, fraud! Charged my account without me knowing! Connecticut

I was charged $19.95 on my Visa card on Feb. 1. I was unaware of this charge and would like to have my money credited back to my account. I gave no one permission to remove this money from my account. This is outrageous and they should be sued!
