Memorylane Automatically charged my VISA account without my permission

Without my consent I have been charged $39.00 to my VISA card account by Classmates.com
I was never contacted as to this being charged to my VISA account and was only made aware of it when I saw the charges on my account record.
I would like to know how to get my money back because I did not approve of the charge being made to my VISA account.
Also, I am not satified with the services that Classmates.com (aka Memorylane) provides and do not want to use their services.
