Consumer fraud ripoff

When checking our account balance today I encountered a unauthorized charge to our checking account in the amount of $139.95 from MWI Connections using my husband's Visa Check Card. When I spoke with my customer service department to report this was a fraudulent charge the so called charge slip had not been received yet so we could not do anything about stopping the charge

To our account (banking practices do not allow you to stop an unauthorized charge before it happens, CONSUMER BEWARE!) We do not know who this company is and have never authorized any charge on our account, and our bank does not have any contact information for us to investigate. We were really ripped off!!!
