Star Communications
Ripoff, They Must be Stopped

Miscellaneous

Today I was scammed by "Star Communications."
They promised me $500 shopping spree and much more, for only $4.95 and that they wanted my checking account number because some people are uncertain about giving a credit card number, and it was for saftey purposes.
Well I believed most of it and a unfortunately gave them my information. The whole time I kept wondering if this was a scam.

So I eventually hung up. They haven't called back. Thakfully and I made sure my name was on the Do Not Call list for sure. I immediately called my bank and had the situation taken care of, thankfully, so they won't be taking any money from my account.

I urge everyone to be cautious about people promising you things like large shopping sprees and for only a small amount of money. I will tell you what. I have learned my lesson. I am glad I was able to nip this thing in the bud right away.

I am sorry that so many have been scammed like this and this so called Communications company should be stopped and should pay the consequences for scamming so many innocent people. I will admit I bought into it for a little while, after all they seem like they were a ligit company. But obviously they are not.

I want everyone to tell anyone they can about this scam. Tell your family and your friends and even your aquaintances and co-workers. Get the word out about them and have them pass it on and so forth and hopefully this scam will come to an end.innocent people don't deserve this. And We should stop it before it goes any further.
