RIPOFF Once I needed to raise the rent from a modest $700.00 per month heat and Hot water included to $800.00 per month she decided to make me & my families life a nightmare by not paying the rent on time, breaking things & much much more!

Once I sent the proper notice that I was raising the rent all h*l broke loose. The rent started coming in late, all of a sudden the bathroom toilet started breaking on a weekly basis, I would fix it then it would break again like magic to the point I finally had to call a plumber to the tune of over $400.00.

Once that was finished she started complaining about the kitched sink, only problem was I could never get in to fix it, she has a thing about wanting to be home whenever a repair is made and whenever I wanted to make the repair she was never going to be home, so instead of putting a bowl down to catch the one drop every 17 second drip she would just throw down napkins on top of wet napkins and never clean up the old ones. Of course now I have a rotten floor under my kitchen sink.

She was also a rotten housekeeper, I have mold in and around every window in the apartment not just around the windows but all around the bathroom ceiling, walls and floors. I also have mold on the living room walls near the floor where she never bothered cleaning.

My theory is that the reason for all of the mold is that they were growing pot in the living room area hydroponicaly, I found all of these plant hangars all over the livingroom and sticky tape all over the walls once when I went in unannounced once because of a smoke alarm I heard outside going off.

Then she regressed even further and would not allow me in to fix the ceiling in the stairway and even went so far as to call the city minimum building inspector and say that I never planned on fixing it when she was in fact moving out on the 31st of the month and I received his letter on the 22nd.

She had two kids that would play with my kids, after awhile she had to explain why she would not allow her kids to play woth mine any longer. I could hear her kids saying "but why mommy?" and she would try and make up some lame excuse as to why her kids could not play with mine on that particular night.

Just plain disgusting all around how someone could fall so far, so fast over a lousy $100.00 raise in rent. To her the money meant more than the happiness of her children. I had even offered to go back and keep the rent the way it was, but once she got on her roll she was off.
