HairGenesis They did not credit me for items that I used. Ripoff

Their website states that you can return the products if they do not work for you. They did not work for me so I therefore returned them, and I was issued a credit; however, the credit did not include the $25.99 for the bottle of shampoo that I opened and used a couple of times or $14.99 for the bottle of conditioner that I used.

This company is nothing but a rip off. They received the products I returned on 11/4, but I did not receive a credit until 12/9. There is absolutely no place on their web site that says they will not credit for used products. Stay away from them!
