I ordered a free trial of Keranique. They billed my credit care $3.95. I received shampoo, conditioner, comb, and other hair loss products. I used Keranique for a few days and my hair did not look good. So I called Keranique and said I did not want to go forward with this product. They immediately charged $169.00 to my credit card. I said I did not want the product. I am returning the product and supposed they said they would credit my credit card. I have also called my credit card company to complain about this false company. Imagaine $80.00 for shampoo and conditioner. This is no free trial - it is a lure to get your money.
