Ripoff access to my account without my authorization

After checking my balance which i do every day during this time of season i noticed a strange withdrawl so i contacted my bank and was told this company had submitted a requested for transfer of funds to their account. I have kept the account number and have taLKED TO A SO CALLLED service representative. I informed her that i did not approve this and she said yes i did. She then proceeded to play a recording to me. I had to laugh at first because that was not my voice and on the date that she said this happened i was out of the state. So i told her i was going to the bank and file the proper papers to get my money back which i did and told her i shall not give up on this because i have all the time in the world to keep calling them.

I urge all people that have been ripped off by this company to start calling them back and keep them busy on the phones trying to harrass them as they are doing to us. I have called the fbi on this AND I SHALL not give up.
