Unauthorized withdrawl from my bank account

I never heard of this company or what they were about until I looked at my Bank statement and saw where this company had withdrawed $99.95 from my checking account. I tried to find their company online, but couldn't. I did, however, see where they had inadvertantly displayed their telephone no. That was great until I called and was rerouted to a calling center. You can't directly talk to anyone from this company. Also I was informed they did not do refunds. I went to my bank and filed a complaint, but since they didn't use my debit card no. Only my account info. I probably won't get my money back. When calling this no. They give you options and always their personnel is busy answering other customers. Right! They also give you their e-mail address, it's no good, because it just takes you to the complaint boards. I want to know their website address, their acctual phone no. And I want to speak to one their representatives. No going to happen. It is so unfortunate that these companies can just lock into your bank accounts and walk away. This is not the time for people to be ripped off like this. I have a fixed income just like so many others and this withdrawl is devistating to me. Especially when I'm also raising my 2 granddaughters and helping their mother. I need my bank account, but I just don't know what to do. I can't afford some ghost company taking my money like this.
