Evidently through a loan application process for PayDay Loans on the internet, there was some offer for this Roadside Assistance. I wasn't aware of it, anyway the company is charging my bank account a fee of $21.95 every month, which started 10/4, then on 11/2 and 12/2 the again charged a fee of $21.95. On November 7 I sent a letter to the company requesting that they cancel my account, however they continue to charge the account.

12/2/05 3:30 PM WOW... I just got off the phone with these people, I spoke to Stan in Customer Service, he said I had to write to cancel my account, however when I told him that I read about the company on here AND usacomplaints.com he said that he could cancel it over the phone. I then asked about a refund, he said he couldn't do that. I asked him if anyone there could do that, his responce was "sorry I don't have that information" So, I asked him who his supervisor was, he said Vicky, I asked to speak to Vicky, he said " I don't have her number" He then asked me if I had called today, I said I did, he told me to get more information on the web site. I asked him for the web address, of course he couldn't provide that to me. So, here I am adding my comments to this site, I will be adding the additional information to the complaints filed with the Las Vegas BBB and Attorney General's office. One additional note, he said THEY DO NOT have an office in New York as was previously posted on another forum.
