Ripoff

I applied for a payday loan online on 12/27/05. I noticed that $21.95 was debited from my checking account on 1/4/06. I called my bank and got the companies name and phone number. When I called the company they told me that I applied for roadside assistance on line and I failed to cancel the account before the trial period was over.

When I thought about it I did not recall signing up for those services. I thought maybe my husband did because we just a got a new car, when I asked him about it, he said he did not apply.

Now that I have read the other stories I see that this is all a scam. I will do whatever I can to get the money back. I can't wait until Monday and call Roadside Plus to give them a piece of my mind, even though they are going to deny me a refund.
