Windstorm ripoff, OUTRIGHT FRAUD

This is the biggest RIP-OFF I have ever seen!

I ordered (2) Vacs on 8/4/05 and my credit card was charged $211 dollars 2 days later.

I was assured my order would ship in 4-6 weeks.

It is now 14 weeks later and STILL NO PRODUCT!!!

I have sent nearly 20 emails to the customer service address I was given and to date I have never received ONE response!!!

I have spent countless hours on the phone and all i do is sit on hold for 1-2 hours only to be told by a voive recording that all operators are busy and that i should send an email.

This is a joke and it is so easy for the state of california to prosecute these people, why is it not being done???

I will be happy to do whatever necessary to end this comapnies deceptive practices once and for all!!!
