Miscellaneous

Got this phone call for the $500 shopping spree for $4.95. Have learned my lesson, NEVER EVER fall for this scam. Money Back Guaranteed (they lied). I called to cancel before they were allowed to charge my account. Forgot about it, until the other day when I noticed that I've had a lot of overdrafts. Traced it back to the initial $150.00 startup and the $50 a month they take out.

I called them to find out why they were still taking money out and they said I only cancelled one program when I called back in August to cancel. Funny, I remember the guy telling me that EVERYTHING was cancelled.

So, I was told to call another 800 number. She said they received the cancellation notice within the last few minutes, but they don't refund any money. I asked her if she ever considered working for a more reputable company. Now, I gotta figure out how to get my $299.75 back.
