I called this number from this ad:

Called the number
1. They said the starting wage would be $8.50-$9.00 an hour, not $18.50. And it would be $59.95 for the exam. I said I was not interested and went to the official post office site usps.com
Which told me that there were no postal exams available in my stateand for the record postal exams are free. This company is making a killing on people that don't know where to go for the information.
