Ripoff deceptive trade practice, fraudulent billing

They are totally dishonest. They make you jump through hoop and even if you do they charge you card. I did not receive product and they charged my card and never sent me a claim for they said they would so that I could make a claim. I am going to contact the Attorney General to see what can be done and will be sending out a demand letter.
