I would like to say that the wife of this couple has no personality and sucks to talk to. She thinks that the place should be "perfect" when you leave the house to her. We spent days cleaning the house, but when we asked for our security deposit returned, she hired a cleaning service that said it would take 20 hours to clean the house.

They are completely unreasonable. They don't know what reasonable wear and tear is. We took over a two-year sublease and then lived there an additional year. So after three years, and these bums not having to do anything to the house, they expected the house to be "perfect." The wife continually said, "It was perfect when I left it, " during our final walk through of the house.

Don't expect to get any of your security deposit back. They think that money is theirs, when in actuality it is not. The wife is a clean freak and sucks as a person.

One time our water heater went out in the winter and we called the landlords. The wife came over and found out the water heater in the basement wasn't up to code.By the way, the house is old and other things may not be in code. Anyways, she was very unsympathetic about the situation and said that "maybe" they could get it fixed next week. Then on the way out she thought it necessary to clean off the stairs. Luckily, her husband called and found someone to fix it.

Lastly, I would recommend to NEVER rent from these people. I want them to eat the mortgage on that house for as long as possible. They don't deserve to make any money off the house. These people STINK beyond belief. The wife is the devil.
