I have frist hand knowledge of how Aramark is in most of the schools and jails. I have noticed that they cheat. We give the inmates and juvnilles milk with thier meals.

Sometimes they don't want the milk and it is returned to the kitchen. I was told each half pint carton cost about 16 cents each. But when the milk is returned to the kitchen, it is returned to the fridge and sent out again on another meal.

It is charged everytime it goes out of the kitchen the same 16 cents.in other words the county or state and tax payers are paying for things they only think they are getting. I am sure there are more products in which Aramark does this with but only the ones that have worked for the company know.
