Ripoff. Dishonest, thief, fraudulant the business that doesn't give a dam NATIONWIDE

This company is a one-man operation that tried to take your money and run. It is a software company. They take you rmoney through PAYPAL, then promise the order was sent. Days later, no package arrives. You follow up again and again and no reply from them at all till you make threats. They then LIE and say they are "sorry for the delay" and assure you that your package was shipped with freebies. Days later, no package. Again, no replies via email at all till you make threats. At that point, they finally reply and are rude and abnoxious, like the CUSTOMER is at fault for requesting their money back BECUZ THEY NEVER GOT THEIR ORDER. No aploogy, nothing... They tell you a refund was issued. No explanation of why the hell the package never showed up or why they decided to LIE and not do business with you... Leading you on the whole time as if the package is coming. Then, their supposed "refund" doesnt appear on your statement or paypal account for some reason. On top of that, they have the ordasity to issue a partial refund, deducting the credit card fees, as if its THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT they never sent the package. Then, you have to wait 30-90 days for the credit and fill out fraud paperwork. I intend to fight this all the way. They arent keeping my $3. It's called principle. They are lucky I dont press charges for discrimination. The "business owner" is RUDE, and WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY - OR TRY TO ANYWAY! LOOK OUT!
