Ordered a Lazer Strom vaccum from a TV ad. I was charged double the amount I should have been and did not recieve the product that was included in the price (a free steamer) I have E-mailed lazer strom twice and still have not received a reply after two weeks. I have sat on hold for over an hour only to be given a different phone number and hung up on. This is truely wrong what is being done and I will continue to fight these charges.
