Ripoff, telemarketers calling even though I've performed the do not call

Evidently, I have acquired two (2) accounts with Community Reading Club (CRC) of Southern California for a multitude of magazines that I really don't read or have time to read and fill up my mailbox everyday. They evidently contacted me originally/initially when I was taking naps (medical problems), so I wasn't coherent at the time.

I had also performed the "do not call" registry, and they called anyway, and still do. I had my wallet stolen in July and had to change all of my credit/check cards, and now they want the accounts to be paid, which were evidently automatically paid for with the "old" credit card numbers. I want this all to stop!
