Still waiting for service that was promised between 1-3 business days! Ripoff

The phone service has taken much longer than promised. They're only explanation is that some parts of the country are experiencing bad weather so the "Technical Dept" is backed up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the two hurricanes in the Gulf, however this is getting ridiculous. Their customer service sucks and the manager knew nothing more than the reps about when I should expect my service! They must be stopped or at least slapped with a very hefty fine for false advertisement.
