Ripoff telemarketer scam

This company contacts the employees of my location, uses the general managers name, and verifies a shipping address for a product that was not ordered. They then bill you for a couple of hundred dollars for items that don't cost half that amount. I have been duped by them in the past, paid the bill and notified them to take us off their contact list. Now, they only talk to someone who does not give my name. Orders are solely placed by me, so when someone calls and claims that I placed an order, the bartenders say okay. This is fraud. And why, looking over the amount of complaints, this cannot be stopped is beyond me. I am refusing to pay this bill. The representatives there are ridiculously rude and unhelpful. I am writing to the attorney generals office here in Texas as well as NY. I have also contacted the FTC due to the fact that they have been asked to drop us as a contact. They refuse to issue a call tag for their product which is still in the original box unopened at my establishment. If you have to deal with this company, let them know that you know how to go about resolving this issue by using the means above, and then they will talk to you like you have a brain, and resolve the problem.
