My experience with ATS started in March with a call to our company, an employee unkowingly ok'd the address information. A shipment was sent out and later a bill for $253.50 (2 boxes of credit card paper and a "cleaning kit"!!)

When I received the box, I made several calls, each time talking to a very rude man who refused to have the items returned, since it was ok'd by my employee. I spoke with my attorney and he told me not to pay this bill, we did not order these items, etc.

Here's what I did: I wrote a letter, stating that my attorney would be more than happy to discuss this matter with them, should it come to that. We were not going to pay for this becuase it was shipped to us under false pretense, and I am awaiting a call tag. I faxed this letter, along with the invoices/faxes, etc. That I had received from them, each month (faxed it about 9 or 12 times each month!). Finally 2 months later, I got a fax from them stating that the call tag has been issued. This item were picked up beginning of June by UPS.

What ever you do, do not pay for these items. Contact an attorney, and get as much information as you need. These places feed on your fear of "being sent to collections" or having your credit ruined. Fight it out, and maybe they will stop their fraudulent behavior someday.
