I was called on the phone by star communications and offered coupons for Walmart for $4.95, and for ordering the coupons I got to try free for ten days three different services. I thought that I covered myself, and asked them more then once that I had ten day free and they told me yes. But of course they took $119.00 out of my account before the ten days was up and I never got my Walmart coupons.

As soon as I realized that they took the money before they were supposed to, I called asn asked for my money back. They sent me the paper and I sent it back but never recieved my money. I have called seven times and they keep telling me that they are doing an investigation and to give them seven to ten business days. This has been going on since july and it is now September 26th.

I can't believe the better business bureau can't do anything. There should be a class action lawsuit. Hopefully a lawyer will read some of the letters on this site and do something about this company before too many other people get ripped off. Tthey're making money hand over fist off of people. I even asked them for their physical address and they would not give it to me. Someone needs to do something!!
