Ripoff, refuseing to refund money taken out of bank account

Back in August I was contacted to recieve a free shopping coupon booklet to save at selected stores and all I had to pay was the 4.95 shipping and handling and if I didn't want to continue to recieve some "free coupons" for amusement parks and movies and such, all I had to do was contact them within 10 working days and I would not be charged.

I contacted them in the normal time frame and to my surprise my bank account was still charged another 129.90 for something I never wanted. I have been contacting them on a regular basis and all they tell me is another 14 days because of some investigation as to why I haven't recieved my refund. When I ask to speak with someone over them they refuse to give me any information.

If anyone knows how we can stop these people and get our money back please contact me. It is now October and still no money back.
