Ripoff -dishonest fraudulent billing

I purchased a pair of orthotics from an infomercial on TV. They quoted me a price of $30.90. When I received the package there were other items I did not order and an invoice total of $44.890. When I called, which took over an hour to connect with someone that could explain things to me, I was told there was another item that had been sent to me for trial and would be billed in 60 days if not cancelled. I did not authorize this additional billing. I returned everything. I did not want to do business with them. They have entered two separate charges to my Visa card. One charge for $13.90 and one charge for $30.90. There was a credit for $16.00. That amounts to me paying $28.80 for items I did not keep. So far I have not been credited for the returned merchandise and cannot get through to them. This is a total rip-off company.
