Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

We have a VISA credit card that has been getting charge various amounts of money each month from a company called "MWI * Coonections, with the follwing phone number 1-800-750-4364. It is unknown to myself and my spouse as too and from where they might og gotten ahold of our VISA account.

We have no idea who they are and for what we are being charge for. How long this has be occurring is also unknow, we are going to contact our VISA credit card company and accertian exactly when they started charging and the exact amount we have been charged.

On attempts to contact them via thier 1-800 number we on;y get the run around as to who they are and keep getting disconnected or are told they would be contacting us back from thier accoutant. We are certain that we never authorized this company to make these charges, and it is also unknown to us as too where we first made contact if any with this company for any reason, whether over the internet, inwhich I have made purchases for many diferent items from merchandise to acess to wed-sites.

As soon as we get the information from out VISA account with particulars we will pass that information along too you all, in the meantime we would appreciate contact from you. Thank you
