Buyer Beware

I placed an order on June 16, with my Visa card. At the completion of the order, i was never sent confirmation or email. So, i tried once more and again nothing happened. The next day, i used my Master Card and finally received confirmation and an email of my order.

I looked at my bank statement and saw that Biotherm has deducted the amount of 148.00 x 2 out of my debit card. I called the company immediately and told them that i was billed twice and to only send one order. They told me that they couldn't do that and that i had to have the order delivered then i would have to return the package for a refund.

I called customer service again and told them i wanted them to credit my debit card since i had been billed on my master card and still had not received items. A week passed after they credited my Visa and i received 3 packages that were paid for by my Visa.

I returned 2 packages since they credited my Visa back. Now i get the 3rd package which contained not one item that i ordered. I was billed on my Master Card and again had to get back on the phone with customer service to demand credit of 148.00 on this card. They told me i was black listed until all 3 packages got back to them and that i would not be able to return any items back to them in the future.

On July 5th, after speaking to Rachel at customer service agreed to credit my Master Card. Once i got her to do that, i told her i was placing an order 1 more time and make sure that i receive the proper items shipped to me. I placed the order and she confirmed it. The next day the order was reversed and no items were sent. They told me it was because i used my debit card which i did not. I was told to deal with Dominique directly who was the web master. She still has not called me back to fix this problem.
