Did not deliver product ripoff

After trying to contact this company numerous times and not being able to even speak to anyone, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I suggest anyone else might want to do the same. I also suggest that you file a report with your cable or satellite as i have done. They will also investigate this company.

I had placed my order on 7/21/05.
