Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum
Ripoff! Sent and billed for twice the quantity ordered

At the end of September I ordered the Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum pursuant to an infomercial on TV. The offer was a buy one-get one free offer totalling approximately $120.00 (plus shipping). This morning I received twice the order (i.E. 4 vacuums) and an invoice for twice the amount of the order. Their phone line does not allow you to speak to a person, it just refers you to their e-mail address. I have sent them an e-mail, and I am awaiting response, but after seeing all of the complaints I seriously doubt that I will hear from them. I told them in the e-mail that if it was not resolved by Monday, 10/10, I will contact the credit card company and dispute the charges. Obviously, the sending 4 when you ordered 2 is a scam, based on the number of complaints I see here.
