I lived in these apartments when I was young and just moved to Phoenix. Later on I had to move into a better apartment once I got a really good job. The apartments were not up to living standards, and I had just had my first child. I gave a 60 day notice, which I was ony required a 30 day. Tina Rowe accepted my notice and gave my new residence management company a good refferal.

When I went to purchase my first home I noticed I had a judgement filed against me. So I investigated it back to good old Cotterky Investments. I went back to the manager "Tina Rowe" to see if I could get this situation straightned out and she basically told me in front of my new husband that she knows I gave my notice, but because of my attitude she was not going to correct the situation.

So I took Cotterky investments to court and won. However my credit report is still showing the judgement from Cotterky Investments.

I agree with the comment that this apartment is bug invested and a realy bad place to live. I even got my own car towed because it had not been moved within a day.

The rebuttal from Florida should see what the situation is first before defending such a place.
