Rip off

This company had a great scheme going. They advertise the lowest rate. They require payment of 3 months at a time for the lowest rate to be effective. Their service was not as they advised. We used to pay 6 months at a time. They advised us that they were having problems with their truck and were trying to buy another. We thought ok, that sounds good, boy were we mistaken. Their service was not consistent. They were supposed to pick up twice a week and that rarely happened. Then we called to advise them that we were moving to a different location in the same area. They were fine with that because it was still within their pick up area. I think they only picked up 2 times after we moved. I tried several times to contact them to no avail, all I would get was their answering machine. No one would ever return my calls. We never got a refund of the money that we paid for 6 months and only got maybe a month of service. To this day I can't reach them and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they can't reach them either. Our advice, be VERY leary of small trash companies. We've learned our lesson and now we're with Waste Management. No problems with them so far, hopefully never.
